Surface Interval is a Czech Pilsner that uses Southern German Lager yeast and 100% Czech Saaz hops. The hops will give the beer a slight spicy character, which is a nice complement to the clean finishing yeast. Just like a diver's surface interval between dives, this beer is relaxing, chill, and rejuvenating. Fun Fact: A surface interval is the time a diver spends at the surface in between dives. The time allows nitrogen accumulated during the dive to be released from the body and will reduce the risk of decompression sickness, or "the bends".
