The core of this beer is our house lager strain. The grain bill is simple (as it should be), mostly pilsner malt with a touch a Victory. To round everything out we bittered with Magnum and added late additions of Hallertauer Mittlefrueh. Our cleanest, crispiest, most easy drinking beer yet! Fun Fact: Bottom time for a dive is the calculated from the start of descent to the start of ascent. Many divers will track their total bottom time over the course of all of their dives.
