Scott Salamone's winning recipe from our homebrew competition in February 2020 that is light, crisp, and refreshing. The Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops will provide a lightly flowery and spicy aroma but the body of the beer comes from the Vienna malt. We think you'll enjoy this American twist on a German classic. Fun Fact: The Battle of the Bulge, also known as the Ardennes Counteroffensive, was the last major German offensive campaign on the Western Front during World War II, and took place from 16 December 1944 to 25 January 1945.
