Pours a nearly cloudy dark amber with a one finger head that goes away fairly fast but it does stay for a little bit. Very light carbonation but you can see the bubbles from the glass. Aroma is very earthy and has hints of malts, molasses cookies, and potatoes. Taste is very much of Christmas cookies of all things. Molasses, sweet potatoes, and ginger snaps. Finishes off dry and slightly sticky. Very odd and interesting beer.
