A kaleidoscopic combination of Lavender, Sunflower Honey, and Dates set the stage for a mind-bending beer experience as delicate floral aromas dance atop rich notes of fruit, and honey. Conceived by our head brewer, Josh Bischoff, LSD was originally produced by the Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery where it received a medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2011.

Pours like apple cider with a one finger white head that stays aloft for a long time. Unbelievable carbonation. Lots of little bits floating about in the glass and a lot in the bottom of the bottle. Aroma is very sweet and fruity with hints of dried fruit juices, honey, lavender and fresh lemon. Taste is a complete 180 from the aroma, very dry and foamy. The taste of lavender is almost overwhelming, hell it made me sneeze and my nose is starting to run. Aftertaste is very dry. Lavender does not belong in beer!
