Light bottom-fermented lager with a subtle hop aroma, medium body, and a long bitter aftertaste. Beer made from two types of malts traditionally, and hopped periodically. Hostivar 11° has a thick white head and is highly drinkable.

    Čépované, on tap at the Pivovar Hostivar. Poured in the original Hostivar beer mug a clear and golden-yellow coloured Pivo with a good one finger slightly beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, moderate grassy hops and a citrussy touch. The flavour is a marked sourish herbal feeling, yeasty, grainy malts and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium Pivo has a dry high bitter finish. Nose and Palate are absolutely different and are doing the charm of this Pivo from Praha 15 - Horni Měcholup.
