Men døm selv.

Pours out in an opaque black colour with a small firm pale brown head. Rich aroma of black coffee, black chocolate and chestnuts with hints of salty licorice and burnt sugar. Full-bodied with strong notes of licorice, chestnuts, salt, espresso, tar, dark chocolate and sweet coffee. Long bittersweet finish of sweet coffee, toasted nuts, tar and leather. Exiting like a dancing snake.

We certainly have a winner here. Amazing flavour, mostly of dark chocolate but accompanied by other yummy stuff like vanilla, licorice, dark fruit, oak and coffee. Not to mention the subtle hoppiness from the 120 ibu's. Aroma, great as well. Mouthfeel is a little chalky and full. My reviews might suck but this beer doesn't. Highly recommended.

The beer poured a solid black colour with a half inch creamy light brown head. The aroma is roasted malt, black licorice, molasses and coffee. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, dark chocolate, and licorice. -

Bottled. Pitch black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malts, dark dry fruits as well as some liquorice and mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is liquorice, dark fruits, roasted malts, mild toffee, wood and some coffee as well. Pleasantly balanced and nice.
