Yaske is a black rice lager that uses the Schwarzbier style as a baseline. We added 30% Chinese black rice to the grist which leaves a clean dry finish. Late additions of Sorachi ace hops contribute a pleasant, spicy/herbal note and mix well with subtle flavors of burnt chocolate chip cookies from the dark malts
