this has a nice crisp feel to it, and a pleasant fruity aroma...pear, hops and yeast, and a flavor to match. this was a refreshing, but tasty and complex golden ale.

A hazy golden ale brewed in my birth province of Quebec, surely a district worthy of beer greatness. The head is white. The aroma is mild fruity scents such as peach and pair, to go along with some grainy malt. The flavour is mild and malty, with a little bitterness.
