Pours clear, crisp golden with a thin eggshell head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is crisp and malty with an undertone of slightly sour apple. Crisp, malty flavor has a sour apple side note and a pinch of hops. Mouthfeel seems firmer than most kölsches I have tried, and has good fizz. Not strange this Stange!
