On the lighter side of the Belgian Blonde spectrum, this beer is extremely approachable (even for those unfortunate enough to prefer "Lite" beer) but still retains the Brlgian flavor profile characteristic of the style. Made with pale, wheat and rye malts and healthy dose of Hallertau hops, and finished with La Chouffe yeast, this beer is a perfect complement to Georgia’s patio season.

Pours clear solar yellow with a thin eggshell head at leaves good lacing. Aroma is not strong, but tempts with malty, banana and butterscotch tones. Flavor gets your notice with malty and fruity tones plus a surprising hoppy component and a hint of butterscotch. Smooth body has decent firmness and fizz. A good blonde to meet - and maybe wean people off industrial crud.
