Pours hazy, barely translucent chestnut win a nice fine-bubbled light tan head. Aroma has a sharp bourbon-like note, as well as notes of toasted malt and caramel. Flavor has sharp woody alcohol, roast malt, caramel, fruity, and subtle hoppy tones. Firm texture features lively, lasting fizz and leaves a caramel and fruity finish. This deacon serves up a good beer!
