We’ve got some pretty kickass neighbors, and Palmetto Collision, a family business that’s been operating for over 35 years, is one of them. We made fast friends with Mike, who helps fabricate our tap handles. Mike likes stout, so we collaborated with him on this hoppy namesake brew. Instead of having a collision on the road, have this collision “in yo’ FACE!” We annually age some of this bad boy in bourbon barrels, for a little higher impact collision.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7
Pours dark chocolate, minimal buff head. Aroma offers roast malt, chocolate, toffee. Flavor features roast malt, sweet chocolate and a little toffee. Texture has fair body and peppy fizz. Collide with a crater.
