A classic German-style pilsener is pale yellow in color with a crisp, malty sweetness that can be perceived in aroma/flavor and finishes with a bitter snap of spicy, floral noble hops. German-styled pilseners tend to be lighter in body, drier, and a touch more bitter than their Czech counterparts, but both are easy to drink and refreshing.

Can that pours a clean, bright, very light golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white head, average stay and foam-bubbles left on top. Grassy and corn aromas. More malty in the taste with straw malts, cereal notes, and the hops blend better giving a drying finish. Some mild spiciness does linger a bit. A very slight haze appears at last pour. Refreshing, but not as crisp and spicy as I wished.
