On tap @ Knoxville BrewFest (had multiple samples while chatting with brewery owner Oscar Wong - great guy!) Amber pour with a nice creamy head that is sustained throughout leaving heavy nice lacing. Rich aromas of ripe bananas, sweet malts, more ripe fruits, caramel, Belgian-esque yeasts, earthy hopness. Taste is also rich: big sweetness and fruitiness, caramel, ripe dates and light banana flavors, more Belgian yeastiness, earthy hops, slight spices, warming alcohol. Super nice effort from Highland. Glad to have it and would seek again.
