Pours opaque dark chocolate with no head. Aroma contributes roast malt, chocolate, peppers, coffee. Flavor supplies roast malt, hot but not too hot peppers, chocolate, earthy and subtle coffee. Texture features firm body and lively fizz. Love that Mexican cake.
