Introducing a collaboration of conjoined twins, in a way, from yours truly and Asheville’s Burial Beer Co. Our two breweries opened within just a couple months of each other in the summer of 2013, linked forever by the trials and tribulations of starting in this beer business from the bottom. “Hopped To Death” is a dry-hopped pilsner brewed with Epiphany Malt and a blend of traditional German and juicy American Hops. It’s wet, hoppy, and finishes clean as all hell.

Pours clear topaz with a thick and lasting parchment head. Aroma features crisp raw malt, herbal tones, resiny hops, a hint of zesty apple. Flavor brings crisp raw malt, resiny hops, tangy herbs, zesty and slightly sweet apple. Texture yields decent body and perky fizz. This will get you hopped up.
