Fresh and wellbalanced flavour from barley and oakmalts and a fine aromatic touch of Amarillo Hops. Rich flavour with a good bitter finish. Drink solo as well as accompanied by food. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurised.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. Brew #421. ABV is 5.5%. Some sediment in the bottle. Extremely pale yellow colour, slightly hazy, huge white head. Sweetish aroma of malt sugar and grassy hops. Despite some malty sweetness in the flavour, there are enough hops to make the beer feel fairly crisp. Very bitter finish and aftertaste.

Hazy dark golden with a low fluffy head. Lot’s of old butter in the aroma. The flavour starts fresh and herbal but strong notes of melting butter overshadows everything. Quite bitter finish.
