Clear yellow with small white foam ring. Aroma is barley, tastes as a German pilsener. Just a normal German beer. Short lasting aftertaste. Think the price I paid was just right for this quality. (Velp 201403)

Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is salty, harsh malts and hops. Flavour is sweet malts and some slight, rather sweet, hops. Clean and refreshing but not very special.

golden colour, almost no foam and no lace; modest aromatic hoppiness; some acidity, quite sweet with a full bodied, dry and moderately malty aftertaste

A gift from a coworker who travelled to Germany. Appearance got best rating because of golden, clear colour. The rest was average. Not much smell, leaves dry feeling in mouth, taste was almost salty at one point. Very average!
