La CLEMENTINOU (Noël 2022) - Kettle Sour de Noël 4.5% cette année. Les petits fruits surettes des fêtes (clémentines, ananas et cerise au marasquin) nous font un beau rigodon avec la grenadine, pour un équilibre sweet n' sour parfait. Et quelle jolie robe!!!

Lightly hazy, bright golden-yellow colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, average stay and a few foamy lace spot. Clementine aromas with the sourness, then the cherries come out. Sour in the taste with the clementines and light tartiness. A nice mild dryness with the fruitiness lingering. Quite refreshing and festive.
