A dry hopped, honey blonde ale. We started with an American blonde ale, added some locally sourced honey and sprinkled some Australian Summer hops in for a short dry hop stay. We think this beer will remind you of a warmer place, maybe somewhere with sand, water and palm trees.

Taps hazy, barely translucent apricot with a nice porcelain head. Aroma offers fresh malt, subtle woody hops, and a floral hint. Flavor presents woody hops, fresh malt, citrus and subtle floral tones, almost more IPA than Blond Ale. Mouthfeel features firm body and OK fizz. Gimme a Hive five!
