A pale straw coloured "blonde" beer of the type very much in vogue at present. Brewed exclusively with pale malt, and flavoured with "noble" hops from middle Europe, this is as close to a lager as we dare to get. Brewed only for the summer, this refreshing beer is lightly scented with elderflowers and is perfect for summer evenings.
