Pours a clear golden with a fairly thick and fluffy eggshell head. Malty aroma has firm notes of apple, yeast and banana. Sharp flavor echoes the malt and fruit of the aroma, while downplaying the yeast and adding a subtle note of hops. Smooth texture is quite firm, though fizz leaves a little to be desired. Harpoon this one before it’s gone!
