Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear golden colour with a small firm white foam. Earthy aroma with notes of orange-peels, soil and immature pears. medium to light-bodied with notes of straw, pears, flowers and mild lemon. Dryish mouthfeel. Medium-bitter finish of grass, tangerine, soil and hay.
