Our hop forward German Pilsner brewed with German Pilsner malt, SeitzFarm German hops and German yeast. Classic malt character with whispers of biscuit rounded out by complex hop aromatics of tangerine, subtle fennel and a little kefir lime. Krausened and lagered for a long period, yielding a soft carbonation and smooth finish.

Pours slightly hazy topaz with a good eggshell head. Aroma gives crisp malt, tart and sweet apple, resiny and slightly funky hops. Flavor provides zesty and slightly sweet hops, tart apple, piney hops, a bit of funk. Texture yields good body and peppy fizz. Ain't a-halfway bad.
