Brewed with 11 different malts and 6 different hop varieties, this Huge Russian Imperial Stout is as complex as they come. Big hop flavor and aroma that fades to clean malt with notes of chocolate, coffee and roasty goodness. The we age this beer in freshly dumped bourbon barrels to bring a smooth bourbon flavor with mellow oak tones. Finally we dosed this version with a generous amount of Intelligentsia Coffee to complete this awesome beer.
