Unfiltered vintage beer - only temporarily available only once a year! First brewed in 2009 with more than 50% barley malt Rappenauer-share and 100% Rappenauer hops. The last addition of hops is given in the storage tank, which gives the beer its name. Every year a little differently.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy golden-yellow coloured Festbier with a generous one finger slightly beige and soapy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, a sourness touch, aciditic fruits, citrus and fruity hops. The flavour is light caramel malts, honey notes, cereal, floral and grassy notes, herbal hops. The mouthfeel is crispy and smooth. The texture is light. This light bodied Festbier has a dry herbal hoppy finish. A very interesting and pleasant flovoured brew from Wurtemberg.
