Taps bubbly straw yellow with a fair eggshell head. Aroma presents fresh malt and apple, not substantial but promising. Flavor gives fresh malt, piney hips and crisp apple. Texture offers decent body and peppy fizz. The South Slope of Asheville is THE place for craft beer.
