As opposed to its bigger Czech cousin Peck’s Pilsner, our German Pils is a traditional German-style brau. The renowned German Hallertau Mittelfruh hop and pilsner malt produce a lighter-bodied pils that finishes crisp yet soft. So authentic and drinkable, it cries “Bring on the liters!”

Drinking at the Wausau location right now. Looks good and smell ok but the flavor hit me as being off right away. Kind of a shame. Got a flight and others are better. Great lacing and a nice golden hue.

Had this as George Ruders German Pils, on tap at the Great Dane. A very true to style Pils, nothing special, just simple and true to style which I appreciate. Flavor and aroma won't blow you away but certainly nice balance.

Pours a vibrant, golden colour with a small off white head. Well balanced, not overly malted, pours with retention. Nice lacing, Aroma is fruity on the nose, yet taste is soft of grain and dough. Finishes slightly bitter.
