Une recette secrète jalousement gardée depuis des siècles, une épice mystérieuse... Bière blonde, 100 % naturelle, à l'arôme fruité. C'est le houblonnage à cru, lors de la 2 e fermentation, qui lui confère son arôme si délicat.

Golden blond beer with white foam head, little lacing, fading. Little unpleasant aroma, but taste is fine. Little cardboard I would say. Short aftertaste. (Lille 201404)

750 ml swing-top bottle. Poured a hazy amber-orange coloured Triple with a three fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, yeast, fruity, oranges, melon, apricots. The flavour is sweety malts, fruity, peaches, apples, notes of honey. The mouthfeel is sweety and a bit sparkling. This full bodied Triple has a dry sweety finish. Not a bad one, but by far not so impressive has the Belgian Triples.
