Sharp blonde ale that drinks like a pilsner. Lemon, honey & citrus on the nose, with a honey cereal flavour. Finishes dry & sharp with a slight bitterness. The recipe for Bees Knees was developed in collaboration with McMaster University students working on a sustainability project with the brewery.
