From notes: nice grassy hop bite, especially for a belgian. A little hay and grass, as well as a little spicy yeast in the nose. Honey like low level sweetness in the flavor too. Dry and spicy. Hops make their presence known again. Not great, but pretty nice all around.

Pours a deep gold amber .. light head, medium foam .. . light spice, floral, and hay with yeast .. . pretty good but reminds me of brick tamland .. don't age this though .. . . sweet grandmothers spatula!!

Aroma is strong and fruity with a decided woody, hoppy overtone and a firm note of - resin? It pours a pretty clear gold with a very thick, fluffy, fine-bubbled and quite persistent head that leaves a ton of lacing. Malty, fruity flavor has woody, hoppy and resiny notes with hints of apple, banana and butterscotch. Must be butterscotch. Smooth, firm-bodied texture has good fizz and leaves a woody, fruity tingle. Demolish one today!
