This beer was made in the spirit of community and we wanted to include our neighbors and friends. This is a lactose stout with Phoenix Roasters coffee, Simpy Done Man Bait donuts soaked in rum, raw cocoa nibs from Maple Street Biscuits, and Tahitian vanilla beans

Pours opaque chocolate with a minimal head. Aroma presents roast malt, chocolate, roast coffee and subtle vanilla notes. Flavor yields chocolate, vanilla, roast malt and coffee tones. Texture gives perky fizz and fair body. All the ingredients of a great beer.
