A small batch, wine barrel aged Imperial Stout. This rich, powerful stout was aged in Panther Creek Cellars French Oak barriques for almost two months, adding a dimension of oak flavors. This Imperial Stout is lush and full on the palate with a lingering finish.

Pinot barrel aged. Heartier than expected given the low abv for an imperial stout, but pretty smooth...roasted malt, coffee, cholate malt, vinous notes and oak from the barrels. Very well balanced, and while nothing blows you away, it's really nice across the board.
