Tasted on tap at the 1st Annual Barrel Aged Festival. This Imperial stout pours a deep eclipse black color. Small sized tan foamy head. Aroma is intense with chocolate, coffee, vanilla and oak. A medium to full bodied Imperial stout. Malts are chocolate and coffee. Very smooth taste. The oak and chocolate flavors are intense yet subtle. Hides the alcohol very well. A subtle and dangerous beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is very smooth
