A collaboration brew with our friends at the beer hog. This stout was brewed with toasted pecans, cocoa nibs, lactose & brown sugar. We didn't stop there we added Sumatra & Kona coffee. Then for good measure we put a little bit of vanilla beans and unsweetened coconut in there as well. This stout is has a nice balance of coffee and chocolate flavor paired with a smooth dry finish.

Taps opaque dark chocolate with a good buff head. Aroma delivers roast quality coffee, roast malt, chocolate and earthy tones. Flavor yields chocolate, roast malt, coffee, earthy and peppery tones. Texture features firm, smooth body and peppy fizz. Beer for the restivus!
