Aromas of plums, dates, caramel, nuts and other dark fruit hints. Taste of butterscotch, wood, whiskey notes, nuttiness and dark fruits. Brown hazy colour with amber-copper highlights. The head is small, bubbly, leaving quick enough with a little ring around the brew. I get some apple touch from time to time. This beer is rich enough, but some decent hops do cut the oversweet finish. The mouthfeel show alcohol warming and blending with the fair bitterness. Fairly good, but not my go-to brew.
