This highly hopped Belgian style ale has an aroma that is grassy and spicy. The grassy hop character continues into the flavor, reminiscent of clove and allspice. A subtle pear fruitiness ties everything together and it finishes with a slight warmth and lingering hop bitterness.

Sampled at Funkwerks on 9/30/2012. This Belgian Ale pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, grassy and yeasty. A medium to full bodied Belgian Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy and spicy. Good carbonation. Lots of fruity flavors, pears and apricots. Yeasty and mildly hoppy. The hoppiness is all though this beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
