Pours straw yellow with a thick, frothy, snow-white head. Aroma presents malty, yeasty and vegetable notes, unusual for a pils, with a snip of hops. Flavor has stronger hop character than most pilsners I have tried, and presents crisp malt and again that vegetable undertone plus a hint of pomme. Mouthfeel has average fizz and body, and a surprisingly hoppy finish. Spend some of your paycheck on one.
