A traditional Southern German/Czech Pilsner. This lager is fairly light bodied, golden in color and has a nice clean hop character to it. German and Czech hops were used to give this beer an enjoyable hop bite and aroma. The word Keller denotes that this beer is left unfiltered. Keller translates to Cellar in German thus meaning that the beer is left unfiltered. Extended aging allows the yeast to drop from supension giving the beer a very clean look and allowing the hop character to be preserved. One of our Brewer’s favorite styles. 5.1% ABV.
