Pours clear topaz with a thick and frothy ivory head. Aroma yields serious tart, tangy citrus - grapefruit with more than a smidgen of lemon - plus crisp fresh malt and resiny hops. Flavor provides tangy citrus, fresh malt and resiny hops, not as strong as the aroma but still crisp and enjoyable. Texture features fair fizz and smooth, decent body. Enjoy the mellow-ship!
