The whole town is Buzzin’ over our Honey Ale. We use a combination of barley and wheat malts, 100% pure Wisconsin Honey and just a touch of hops to produce a light copper ale with just the right amount of sweetness.

While the aroma of honey was prevalent, the taste was a little different. It had a touch of sweetness with a lightly malted, light wheat flavor. This was ok.

The nose is definitely honey; sweet and assertive. A light amber-golden color with a soft white head. Light bodied but soft and smooth with a nice rich mouthfeel. Taste is softly-sweet and wheaty with a honey-tinged edge and a tangy finish. This is actually quite a flavorful and drinkable brew.
