Taking the Tripel concept a step further, we've utilized 3 malts, 3 hops and 3 sugar sources. Fermented with Lillooet wild sage honey, this Belgian Tripel is effervescent with complex aromas of honey and spice followed by flourishes of fruit and a perceived dry finish. Pilsner & wheat malts. Oat flakes. Lillooet wild sage honey. Czech Saaz, Tettnanger and tradition hops. Belgian Yeast. Eurus, named after the Greek God of the East Winds, is a series of bottle-conditioned ales inspired by beer's diverse European heritage.

Corked and caged 750 ml wine bottle from Central City. Hazy gold pour under a large, creamy white head. Decent retention. Nice aroma, yeast and cloves, mainly. Flavour was spicy and yeasty, along with a peppery bite. Some candy sugar and as well a sour note at the finish. Solid mouthfeel. Good effort.
