An oasis of flavor in the desert of normalcy, this cocktail-inspired imperial gose is brewed with agave and sea salt then aged in tequila barrels. Pours clear strawberry with a thick though not long-lasting parchment head. Have a thirsty towel handy - this is a gusher! Aroma presents fruity and what must be prickly pear, syrupy but not over-sweet. Flavor delivers sweet berries, mainly strawberry and raspberry, plus prickly pear. Texture brings smooth heavy body and peppy fizz. Can you pear it?
