There's a new sheriff in town - meet Highball Drifter, a barrel-aged sipper inspired by our favorite bourbon-based cocktails. The second entry in our Bottle Shop series, Highball Drifter presents aromatics of caramel and vanilla, dried fruit and spice while hints of cherry and bitter orange peel whisk you away like a tumbling tumbleweed. Call us old fashioned, but we think you're going to love it.

355 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 11%, 25 IBU. Hazy and very dark reddish brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, raisins and other dark dried fruits, bourbon, oak and vanilla. Rich and warming mouthfeel. The flavour has distinct notes of oak, brandy, bourbon whiskey, dark dried fruits, hints of mild spices, caramelized British orange marmalade and vanilla. A very fine beer!

Pours clear mahogany with a thick and frothy buff head. Aroma features sweet bourbon, roast malt, dark fruit, woody hints. Flavor presents sweet bourbon, syrup, roast malt, earthy, woody and fig notes, adding up to a distinctive brew. Texture yields heavy body and lively fizz. Let it drift down your throat - this one's for sipping.
