12oz bottle I bought a week ago fizzes pretty bad while trying to remove the bottle cap. Some of this ended up on the table and the floor. The stuff that made it into the glass looks hazy gold with white head. The aroma is spicy with yeast, has some lemon like acidity, more yeastiness and sweet apples. The taste has sharp yeasty spicy notes and some acidity and those notes give way to softer notes of apples and grains.
