There are tons of salt on icy roads, but only a pinch of smoked sea salt in the cask of Dry-Hopped Sour. The cask also has grapefruit, which is not used on slippery roads. So far as we know. Gather for a taste!

On cask last Friday. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a bubbly off-white head that disappears quickly leaving minimal lace. The taste shows the sourness, but blended with a slight bitterness of the grapefruit. Hints of salt lingers on the tongue, but no smokiness. Very mild tart mouthfeel, but still crisp and refreshing. Aromas of oranges and grapefruits. Kind of like a gose, but with a little more alcohol. Still goes down nicely.
