Pours hazy golden with a white head. Fresh malt and fruity aroma invites at least a sample. Taste delivers crisp malty and woody hoppy tones, plus a fruity hint. Mouthfeel features average body and some good fizz, while a hint of slimy vegetable appears in the finish. Pilsner fans should like this one.

The beer pours a very clear and pale yellow, with a white head that leaves a lot of lacing on the glass.Aroma is earthy and with plenty of floral hop notes. The taste is similar to the smell but with a nice spicy hop taste to compliment the malty cereal taste. The mouthfeel is very smooth with biting carbonation. The feel is very crisp from the beginning to the end. Overall, a very good twist to a pilsner.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear straw yellow with a big frothy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet bready malts and noble hops with a little fruit.

The flavor is sweet toasted malts with a good size grassy noble hop finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.

    Overall, a solid hoppy pils.

An above average, flavorful pilsner that was enjoyable somehow, even in the midst of double jacks, sours and myriad barreled beers. Crisp and clean, but doesn't skimp on the goods...light delicate floral hops, crisp breadiness.
