Craft brewing purists are often reluctant to brew anythingthat looks like a generic factory lager....but we're in Oliver, a hard working farm community in the dry Okanagan desert, where it gets so hot that even craft beer snobs might find themselves reaching for a light crisp cold brew to extinguish their search. So, this one's for the locals, and to show we're serious about supporting local, we're brewing it with only BC-grown ingredients. It's fermented at cooler temperatures with a blend of ale and lager yeasts, and designed for maximum hydration.
