Simply put, they nailed this one. As good or better than any previous Eclipse release. I'm a BIG fan of barreling more than a small % of a beer (so the barreling is obvious), but less than 100% (so it doesn't dominate) and this one is near perfect in that regard. Not sure how the twice iced Totality comes into play...probably makes this a bit stronger, thicker, and sweeter without bourbon overpowering. The EC 18 yr influence is super nice and best of all, doesn't totally cover up the awsomeness that is the stout. Choclatey, decadent, roasted, Super smooth and full and rich. I'll likely never have this again, and that's too bad, cuz it's amazing. *9.5% on the bottle, rumors saying that's for show. If it's iced, it's stronger than the base. Untappd has it at 14%. Either way, not hot at all.
